Company website and contact
Opening a company or product page does not upload your resume, desktop screen or audio. Hosting services process the connection information needed to serve pages. If you email us, we receive the message and contact details you provide so we can respond.

HR Manager Success: local and cloud boundaries
Screen text, profiles, documents, histories and transcripts are local by default. Raw audio is held in memory for processing. Temporary OCR images are deleted after extraction.
When you request AI assistance, enable automatic answers, request annotation or use transcription, the relevant input is sent through the authenticated gateway to the configured AI provider. Screen images are used for cloud vision only when that setting is enabled and image context is needed.
The service records account, operation, quota and billing metadata. Captured content, full prompts, answers and provider secrets do not belong in routine usage records. Profile sync is explicit and excludes session histories, transcripts, screenshots, imported documents, answers and credentials. Support diagnostics are opt-in.
Local deletion and cloud account deletion are separate actions. HR account deletion revokes its sessions and removes synced profile data; some account, billing and security records can remain. Deleting the cloud account does not erase local files on your computer.

Career Tools: account and document data
Career Tools stores the account details, preferences and documents you choose to create or upload. Requested AI assistance sends the necessary excerpts and instructions to the configured AI provider.
Career Tools also uses first-party referral-link measurement: platform identifiers, available public catalogue source pages, a limited browser user-agent field and, when server configuration permits, an IP-derived keyed hash. A keyed hash is not anonymous data. Resume and cover-letter content is not included in these click records.
Career Tools account deletion is a request, not immediate erasure. Fulfillment removes Career Tools content and disables access to that product while preserving the shared sign-in identity and other products. A minimal access marker and request/completion timestamps remain.

Providers, retention and your requests
Hosting, authentication, AI, payment and email services process information needed for their part of the service. Following a third-party job or platform link takes you to that provider’s own website and privacy practices.
Retention depends on the product, the record and operational or legal requirements. This overview does not promise a single deletion deadline or that deleting one product account removes every business record. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or the providers relevant to your use.
